From the Setup page ion Bolt, click on the Reminder Schedule link.

From this page, you can create new schedules and manage existing ones.

Create New Schedule

  1. Click on the New Schedule button

  2. Fill in the Job Details. These details will be pre-populated when a reminder is triggered.

  3. Add at least one trigger (Time, Engine hours, Odometer). This will determine the interval for machines that are assigned to the schedule. E.g. Every 6 months or 200 engine hours, whichever occurs first.

  4. Click Save

Assign Machines

Multiple machines can be added to any schedule. Reminders will be triggered independently for each machine based one of the triggers being reached. To assign a machine:

  1. Click the Add button from the Assigned machines section

  2. Select a machine and click the Add button.

  3. Fill in the Next Due form

  4. Click save

  5. Continue adding machines until all relevant machines have been included in the schedule.

Email Alerts

You can opt in to receive daily emails from Bolt, if any machines have received a reminder. From the Reminder Schedule Setup page, click on the Receive Email alerts toggle to enable them for your account.

Once your schedules are set up, you will begin receiving reminders in Bolt as they are triggered. Check out our guide on how to action Reminders that have come due.
