When you start a trial of Cart, you will be asked to sign in with your Agworld account. This creates a connection between Agworld and Cart and grants permission for data to flow between each system.

Once your Agworld account is connected, the following will be set up automatically.

Field production

When a field is setup in Agworld and a crop has been applied in a season, it will be synced with your Cart account. These are visible from the production page for the selected commodity. For example, when if a field in Agworld has an Oat crop applied, it will be visible when viewing production for Oat or Oaten Hay in your Cart Production.

Varieties

Any crop varieties used in Agworld, will also be synced with Cart. Once synced, they are supported in the following features:

  • When viewing your field production, you can see the varieties assigned to each field.

  • When assigning commodities to on farm storages, you can assign Agworld varieties.

  • When delivering commodities into an on farm storage, if there are variety restrictions in place, then we will restrict delivery sources based on variety.

Production year

Each season in Agworld is assigned to a production year. Multiple seasons can be assigned to a production year, such as when a summer/winter cropping rotation is used.

When managing Production and Contracts in Cart, data is filtered by Agworld production year.

Storage pins on Agworld Mobile Apps

Once your on farm storage locations are set up in Cart, these will be synced with the maps in Agworld’s iPad and iPhone Apps. Check out our Managing Locations Setup guide to learn how to set up your Locations in Cart.

Not supported

The following features are not currently supported.

  • Agworld Harvest loads can not be integrated into Cart deliveries.

  • Cart deliveries can not be integrated into Agworld harvest loads.

  • Storage pins can only be viewed on Agworld’s iPhone and iPad Apps, not in the web interface.
